The 'Monte Barranco da Baía', Rural Tourism cottage, is located in the 'Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina' in southwest Portugal. Visitors can enjoy the tranquility of the place and relax in the swimming pond after a day at the beach or coming back from trekking along the coast, two ways of enjoying Europe´s most preserved coastline.

The two traditional style houses equipped with every comfort are within 2 km of the coastline, in a very quiet rural area with good accesses. Both are equipped with solar water heaters and waste water is treated by phyto- purification before being recycled for irrigation.

The Monte Barranco da Baía is also an ideal stopover on the 'Rota Vicentina', the new pedestrian route that passes nearby (see www.rotavicentina.com)
