Circular route with beginning and end in the centre of btt in Gralheira in the middle of the Montemuro mountain range. It is the easiest route in the centre, accessible to all the practitioners of the sport. The trail leaves the centre of Gralheira and continues towards the town of Panchorra, here the trail follows a dirt road towards the wind farms, then descends towards Gralheira.
