Starting and finishing in the centre of Lagos, the route shows you the best the municipality has to offer in natural beauty and built heritage. From Meia Praia, ride past Palmares Golf Course and keep alongside Alvor Bay. Heading northwards, you will go through Odiáxere and Bensafrim on your way to Barão São João, a very typical village. Here you will also find the Lagos – Barão São João Mountain Bike Centre. Continue on through Barão de São Miguel, Budens and the village of Luz – a popular tourist spot – right next to the beach of the same name, finally making your way back to Lagos.
