MTB XC Route, beginning and ending at the "Polo A - S. Mamede do Centro de Cyclin' de Castelo Vide/Marvão", located in Beirã. High skill route that runs through part of the ""Serra de São Mamede"" Natural Park, through municipal roads and rural paths, some of them walled on both sides, and trails. The landscape is highly diversified, since this route covers a great extension, passing through areas of cork oak and holm oak, grazing areas, as well as the quartzitic elevation of the top of Marvão, and a valley next to the Sever River, among other places of great landscape value in this region. This is a physically demanding route not so much because of its distance, but because of its positive accumulated height. The main crossing points are Castelo de Vide, Carreira, Escusa, Marvão, Toll, Ponte Velha, Serra de Porto Espada, Galegos, Montes de Baixo, Santo António das Areias and Beirã. This route coincides sometimes with other routes from the Cycling Center that start in Beirã, as well as routes from the entrance door of Castelo de Vide.
