Starting from the center of Paraduça village the trail descends to the Teixeira valley, initially through agricultural fields, and then entering a dense forest area. It continues on a footpath parallel to the riverbed for a few kilometers, until it crosses the road at the Teixeira bridge. From now on, the route is alternated between a paved road and rural paths until the first village, Casal Velide, then entering the municipality of Sever do Vouga. Always following the reservoir of the Ribeiradio dam, in Couto de Esteves, the route passes in the villages of Barreiro, Amiais and Vilarinho. It continues next to the dam wall and follows the valley until Sever do Vouga, also passing through Ribeirada and Ermida. The entrance to the town is made by the south zone and the stage ends in the Urban Park.
