Circular trail, starting in Nespereira at one of the entrance doors of the BTT centre. A very difficult route, in circular format, is advised a good physical and technical preparation for its realization. This trail leaves the town of Nespereira and will cross the towns of Pereira, Lourosa and Pertença, then climbing up trails and dirt roads until entering on the left on the cm1035 road for a short time, entering again on the left on dirt road towards Nossa Srª do Castelo, descending again to Nespereira.
