After the first few turns of the pedals towards Guia and Algoz, where you should pay extra attention to traffic, you reach Algores, where the road becomes much quieter and you can enjoy 20 km of flat ground as far as the Amendoeiras golf course. Further on, the landscape opens up to one of the region’s most traditional agricultural areas, gently pushing us on southwards towards the liveliness of the coast. Porches should not be missed by pottery lovers, and at Senhora de Rocha it is impossible to ignore the beauty of our coastline from this natural lookout, from where Albufeira and Carvoeiro can be spotted. The route also takes in Armação de Pêra, Salgados, Galé and Sesmarias.
