"Feel the Vicentine Coast." This is the motto of the Hotel Alcatruz, with its 20 rooms and 3 studios decorated in a style where the predominant tone is white. Also featured are photographs of the beaches, along with remarks about this part of the Algarve.  A hotel whose concept focuses on experiences, in particular trekking, mountain biking and surfing, with the aim of ensuring guests take happy memories home with them. The hotel provides services and structures where guests can store, repair and wash their equipment.

 The Alcatruz Fitness Garden additionally features a space for relaxation massages, a small gym and an outdoor area to chill in. 

Thanks to its location in the very centre of Rogil, about 2.5 km from almost unknown beaches such as Vale dos Homens and Carriagem, guests need only take a short walk or bicycle ride to go walking on the trails of the Vicentine Route, surfing on Arrifana Beach or nibbling in the local restaurants.

The hotel will, on request, prepare picnic baskets with Rogil bread for guests to take to the beach or on their outdoor activities, which can be booked at the reception.
