This is recommended for practitioners with plenty of experience and good physical stamina.It starts in the BTT centre, to the west, passing over the River Ferreira where you can see the Arcos aqueduct.Passing the church of São Martinho do Campo and the Roman bridge over the River Ferreira, it then heads towards Quinta das Arcas.Turning north, it crosses the A41 and A42 and enters a woodland area. It climbs to the Quintarei, ridge and heads along Alto do Saldanha, and on Alto do Borbulhão it descends towards Valongo.Passing the BTT centre, it starts a loop through the Serra de Santa Justa.It goes past the geodesic marker (369 m) and the Capela de Santa Justa before reaching Valongo town centre and the BTT centre.
