Circular route with start and finish at the Mountain Biking Centre.
Very difficult route. It is advisable to be in good physical and technical preparation.
The route passes through village of Aguada de Cima, Castanheira do Vouga and Giesteira. It has great landscape emphasis on the Alfusqueiro River.
