Departing from the old Furnazinhas primary school, follow the tarmac road towards Malfrades, then follow the road to the right towards Moinho Branco. It initially runs along the length of the Balsa Ravine, which it will cross several times before arriving at the Maria Galega Ravine. It follows the Maria Galega Ravine and crosses it once again. It passes an impressive escarpment before arriving at the Chã de Lavajo Reservoir. Further on, the route takes the same path as the Via Algarviana for around 1km. The parts diverge upon reaching a tarmac road, where the route continues straight ahead. It follows the Monte Ravine as far as Furnazinhas. Next to the Furnazinhas Cooperative and the well, it takes the left hand path that takes it back to the primary school.
