Chã da Toca is a special stage with different types of soil and flow, running parallel to Ribeira da Lage. The initial part is less inclined, and very organic ground. It crosses several water lines which makes it very wet at some points. After passing through the leisure area, it becomes more steep and technical. It has very tight and fast corners. Special attention is needed on the descent to the road that must be done on foot.
