Eight-shaped circular trail starting and ending at the mountain bike center in Gralheira in the middle of the Montemuro mountain range. Moderate course, it is excellent for those who are starting in the btt mode. The trail leaves the center of Gralheira and follows the asphalt road towards the town of Panchorra, then follows the dirt road towards the wind farms. The trail goes down towards Gralheira, passing the river beach and then left on a dirt road that will have breathtaking views over the Bestança valley, then east and north arriving at the end of the trail at Gralheira.
