Circular route with start and finish at the Mountain Biking Centre.
Very difficult route. It is advisable to be in good physical and technical preparation.
The route passes through village of Aguada de Cima, Belazaima do Chão Castanheira do Vouga and Giesteira. Great landscape interest for Serra do Caramulo and for Mata do Cabeço Santo.
