This route mainly explores the southern zone of the district of Alcanena, passing through small settlements of varying sizes such as Espinheiro, Malhou, Louriceira and Bugalhos. The predominant crops in this area are Mediterranean, such as olive and fig trees, some cereal crops and natural pastures, which coexist with small wooded areas of pine and eucalyptus, covering hills and slopes of sandstone and limestone. The trails vary from dirt tracks in rural areas and some extremely beautiful single tracks.
