A circular route that starts and ends at the MTB centre. A difficult route that skirts the Sabugal dam, passes Malcata and climbs up into the Serra da Malcata for spectacular views of the region. It passes through Quadrazais, Souto, Pouca Farinha and Cardeal. Close to Sabugal it runs alongside the Côa River before ending at the MTB centre.
