This circular route mirrors route 4 as far as the Vasconha area, passing the chapel of Sr.ª da Agonia. It is a demanding yet spectacular route, with lots of stones and single tracks. Particularly noteworthy are the forest and rural roads running over the east slopes of the Serra do Caramulo and Monte da Sr.ª do Castelo, in the heart of the natural park.
