This circular route follows route 6 as far as the Lapa da Meruje dam. It is a demanding yet fascinating route that tours a significant part of the district of Vouzela on several types of trails, with plenty of stones, technical sections and steep slopes. Good preparation is advised before embarking on it. Highlights are points of landscape and heritage interest in the Loendros botanical reserve and the medieval towers of Cambra and Vilharigues.
