Head off from Largo da Aldeia da Serra until you have left the village. After entering the Herdade de Água D'Alte, head towards Monte Cabaço. Go up, visit Anta da Candeeira. Return to the original path, passing through Monte Novo Palheirinho. When you see Monte Abraão, go left, you’ll see a cliff of stones followed by a lake. Go inside the eucalyptus forest to an open valley, on the path to the left pass by Monte da Quinta and see the Virgin Montain Church (Igreja do Monte Virgem). Go around the abandoned house, up the steep climb to the right towards Cruzeiro. Go to the Monte da Virgem Chapel, return to Cruzeiro. On the half-way path, above the São Paulo Convent, on the right you have the S. Cornelho Rock (Rocha de S. Cornelho). Turn off to the top of S.Gens. Go down the hill until you reach the EN 381. Turn left and then right to the sloped decline on the left. In the middle, go right towards the Cova do Bento. Follow the inclined path, which flows into the dam. Pass the water line to EN 381 and cross the cattle passage underpass. Go to the right, take the path carved into the rock near the convent fence. At the front lies the ruin of an old wine press. Proceed to EN to finish.
