This route starts and finishes in the same place and is somewhat challenging. It runs along single tracks to take us to discover the Roxo and Aveleira windmills, the watermills at the Aveleira picnic ground and Pisão de Lorvão and the monastery of Lorvão and its traditional sweets, before continuing along the Miller's way to Fonte Santa de Chelo and following the Mondego downstream back to the starting point.
