Starting in the centre of Parises, follow the pavement opposite the bus stop. Pass the washhouse and continue along the old path between the walls. The path continues alongside the Zambujeiro Ravine, which further on joins the Ruivas River. At the end of the descent you reach Várzea do Velho. Before reaching the Ruivas River, take the path to the right, close to the Ameixeira River, and then continue towards the Muda Ravine. Cross the Alportel River. After passing an old holm oak, cross the Alportal River for the last time in the direction of Tareja. Arrive in Campina and enter S. Brás de Alportel, as far as S. Sebastião Square.
