Circular trail starting and ending at the mountain bike center of Gralheira in the middle of the Montemuro mountain range. Difficult route, to which good physical and technical preparation is advised. This route leaves the mountain bike center passing in the center of Gralheira and exits towards the East, going down an old sidewalk and crossing the m553-1, continuing on the sidewalk until the dirt road on the right, following this one. The trail goes south passing near the top of Talegre, then crossing the N321 and following dirt roads, with fantastic views over the Cinfães valley and the Montemuro mountain range. Starting from there you will pass through Fermentãos and Tendais, crossing the Cinfães River you will start to go up and you will pass Bustelo and Alhões until the end of the trail at Gralheira.
