Circular trail, starts and ends at the mountain bike centre. A very difficult route, in circular format, is advised a good technical preparation for its realization. This route leaves the mountain bike centre passing in the centre of Gralheira and exits towards the East, going down an old sidewalk and crossing the m553-1, continuing on the sidewalk until the dirt road on the right, following this one. The trail goes south passing near the top of Talegre, then crossing the N321 and following dirt roads, with fantastic views over the Cinfães valley and the Montemuro mountain range. Following until the chapel of São Pedro, descending later by trail until Marcelim, from here it follows in old claçada passing by Beginning later the descent will pass by Mourelos, and Sá. Then it goes on towards Macieira, Tendais, Granja and crosses the Bestança Valley and starts to climb, passing by Bustelo and Alhões until the end of the trail at Gralheira.
