The route starts by running along some of the narrow streets of Coja, towards the Roman bridge where it turns into dirt tracks and runs towards the Valley Park. During this stage, the route passes through the outskirts of Coja towards the airfield, and the old tile industry area, always on dirt roads. Once it has skirted around this area, the route turns east towards Quinta dos Vales, before crossing the Gândara area. This is where the approach to Coja starts on a downward paved road that leads to the village centre. The route passes through this settlement on old streets, past the parish centre and library, towards the farming area on the Senhora da Ribeira road, following a farm track running along a levy to the finish at the Prado park.
