It passes through Pena Falcão, Alvito da Beira, Cerejeira, Casal da Ribeira, Carregais, Chão do Galego, Giesteiras Cimeiras, Figueira, Vale de Urso, Proença-a-Nova, Amoreira, Casalinho, Atalaia, Pucariço, Porteleiros, Pedreira, Fróia and Oliveiras. The trail passes several points of interest, such as the river beaches of Fróia, Alvito da Beira and Cerejeira. Portas do Almourão is one of the most notable points on the route, where you can pedal in the company of resident griffins. Valleys and streams full of life and colour are revealed to us by this spectacular route. It is a very difficult route and proper physical training is advised.
