A circular route that starts and ends at the MTB centre. This is a very difficult route and ample physical preparation is recommended to tackle it. It passes through Sortelha, Quarta-Feira, Pena Lobo, Pousa, Foles do Bispo, Vila do Touro, Rapoula do Côa and climbs Senhora das Preces before hugging the Côa river to finish at the MTB centre.
