Section 10 begins in Azenhas do Mar, a picturesque village with its white houses harmoniously embedded in the cliff, a beautiful image that can be appreciated from the viewpoint from where you can also see the beach and the swimming pool excavated in the rock and fed by the sea waters.

In the vicinity, you can discover other beaches, but the route goes inland through a rural area where a valuable archaeological heritage has been found. This archaeological heritage is largely on display in the Museum of São Miguel de Odrinhas.

Moving northwards, the road leads to Mafra, where the imposing Palace-Convent and the Tapada Nacional de Mafra (National Hunting Grounds) stand out, a complex which is a world heritage site. The route proceeds towards the sea and passes through Ericeira, a traditional fishing village which is also a Surfing Reserve (the 1st in Europe and the 2nd in the world) for the excellent conditions that its beaches offer for the practice of this sport. Going further along the coast for about 20 kilometres, this section ends in Santa Cruz, a beautiful beach in the municipality of Torres Vedras and one of the many that you can visit.
