The stage between Manhouce and Paraduça is, mostly, made on asphalt pavement. It is a road with very little traffic and offers panoramic views to the Vouga valley. The villages crossed by this stage are Agualva, Lomba and Macieiras, all of them belonging already to the municipality of Vale de Cambra. Between Macieiras and Paraduça appears appears the detour to the variant that allows shortening the course of the Grand Route, being able to the user choose to finish the stage in Felgueira (Vale de Cambra), or to go to the municipality of Arouca. Following the main route, it goes down to the village of Paraduça in the valley of the Teixeira river, a tributary of Vouga.
