After the exit of Gralheira village the route follows a path and then an asphalt road to Rossão and Campo Benfeito, already in the municipality of Castro Daire. Leaving the Balsemão river valley, the connection to Mezio, a village offering accommodation and restaurants, is made by a footpath. The route goes south passing Moura Morta, Vilar, Lamelas de Lá and Lamelas de Cá. The entrance to Castro Daire is made through the north area, with passage in the football stadium where is installed the Mountain Bike Center equipped with changing room and service station for bicycles. The stage ends in the center of the village.
