A circular route for experienced riders, with the aim of descending the glacial valley. Heading off towards Leandres, the route “attacks” the mountain in the direction of Poço do Inferno, where as well as enjoying the beautiful landscape you can recover from the toughest climb so far with ice cold water. Climbing towards Poios Brancos, the route continues towards Serra de Baixo before arriving at Lagoa Seca and descending along a road towards Covão D’Ametade and continuing the descent along the entire Zêzere river glacial valley towards Manteigas.
