A circular route of moderate difficulty. It starts by following route 11 as far as the Ribeira de Poiares Roman bridge, taking cyclists along rural trails towards the area of windmills in the Serra da Atalhada, before embarking on a single track with stunning views over Livraria do Mondego and Vila de Penacova.
