A circular route that starts and ends at the MTB centre. The trail hugs the shores of Ribeira da Fróia and passes through the villages of Pedreira and Sobreira Formosa. The route is described as a figure-of-eight to give riders more options. It then continues towards the village of Xisto da Figueira. It also passes through Pereiro and Oliveiras. A moderate route that is excellent for anyone starting out with MTB.
