The Ria Formosa is the indisputable highlight of the Olhão route. Starting at the Jardim do Pescador Olhanense garden, you will find the nearby famous fruit and fish markets. Heading eastwards, the route coincides with that of the Coastal Ecovia as far as Fuseta. Take the opportunity to enjoy the delightful scenery of the Ria Formosa and the islands. Heading northwards now, you will ride through the villages of Moncarapacho, Quelfes and Pechão before making your way back to the coast and encountering the Ria Formosa again, to the west of the city of Olhão.
