There is a route starting at the lively Praia de Rocha that connects a seaside ambience with a rural environment. After passing the calm riverside area in the low part of the town, continue towards Rasmalho in the direction of Senhora do Verde. In contact with the district’s hinterland, take the route towards the Algarve International Car Racing Track, from where the road undulates gently and gets narrower, where you should pay some attention to the road surface. For the return, you pedal as far as Ribeira de Arão, around the edge of Alvor Bay.
