A circular route that starts and ends at the MTB centre. It passes through Pena Falcão, Giesteiras Cimeiras, Figueira, Pereiro, Ripanço, Marcelino, Fróia and Oliveiras. The trail follows the Pena Falcão stream and then the Chão do Galego stream. It passes the Fróia stream before joining the Figueira stream. It is a difficult route, but the fact that it follows the water makes it rewarding.
